Need help to service your machine urgently? You may request an urgent job to get our technician for an onsite inspection within 2 hours. Please contact us at 6974 7478 or email to contactus@kanzcoffee.com to secure your booking. The fee doesn't include charge of servicing and replacing materials, parts and labour. We accept pre-payment via online at the time of booking, or cash payment (PayNow or cash) on site

Cancellation Policy

To cancel the schedule, please contact us at least 24hrs in advance. For payment already made online, the fee will be refunded through original channel of payment.
